Customized Training

Workforce Solutions offers customized training programs for Business and Industry for today's most in-demand skill areas. Training can be provided on-site at Madisonville Community College, by a Workforce Solution's Facilitator. A Facilitator works with company representatives to develop the training program and complete paperwork to get funding for part of the training costs.

MCC Workforce Solutions collaborates with other KCTCS community colleges and adjunct faculty to provide specialized training if local resources are not available. College credit may be available for certain courses. Examples of the customized training courses we’ve provided include but are not limited to:

Mission Statement

The Office of Workforce Solutions of Madisonville Community College will provide short-term training, technical skills, and customized training to business and industry. Adult, community and continuing education will add to the college's mission by providing proprietary training and lifelong learning opportunities. The Office of Workforce Solutions will actively participate in the development of a vibrant community in the area we serve.
