Madisonville Community College partners with local employers to support "earn while you learn" opportunities—helping businesses grow talent from within and individuals build rewarding careers. We offer two primary models:

Registered Apprenticeships

A structured, industry-recognized pathway that combines paid on-the-job training with related classroom instruction. Apprenticeships are ideal for developing new hires or individuals with limited experience who need a defined training plan to become fully proficient in their roles. MCC can assist with program development, instruction, and state registration.

Grow Your Own: Upskilling Current Employees

This flexible model allows employers to invest in their existing workforce—whether it's a newly hired team member or a long-term employee ready to take on more. MCC works with employers to design customized training plans that align with company goals, helping employees gain credentials, improve skills, and advance their careers while continuing to work.
