Vendors wanting to do business with MCC are invited to review the extensive information for vendors managed centrally by KCTCS, including formal invitations to bid with KCTCS.

Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) is an agency of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and subject to the Kentucky Model Procurement Code, KRS 45A. KCTCS Procure to Payment is vested with the responsibility for procurement of all goods and services in accordance with the above referenced procurement law, and for making the final determination of the source of supply for KCTCS Colleges. Supplier Diversity

The overall objective of the Supplier Diversity Initiative is to ensure KCTCS meets the 2016-2022 Strategic Plan goals to reflect the diversity of the students and employees of our 16 colleges and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

KCTCS utilizes our Supplier Registration Portal to register diverse suppliers for goods and services. Once registered, suppliers are eligible to receive invitations to participate in opportunities to provide goods/services through a competitive invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal or Request for Quote process. There is no cost associated for suppliers to register or participate in identified opportunities. To be successful with KCTCS suppliers must provide impeccable quality and deliver as promised at competitive costs.
