School Counts Enrollment Form

The School Counts enrollment form is for students that have already been identified as a School Counts recipient. Completing the form below lets our Financial Aid Office know that you are enrolled so they can process your scholarship if needed. Contact your High School Guidance Counselor or the MCC Financial Aid Office if you have questions regarding your School Counts eligibility. The scholarship can be used for 4 semesters, and must be used 5 semesters after  high school graduation.
