Madisonville Community College Plans Annual School Counts Gala

Madisonville Community College will host the annual School Counts! Gala on Saturday, March 19, 7 p.m.-midnight, at the Madisonville Golf and Country Club.

The evening will feature food sampling from a variety of local restaurants and lively entertainment, including music, karaoke, dancing, and televised coverage of the NCAA tournament.

Each room of the country club will feature a different movie theme with unique local catering.

A silent auction will feature a variety of items, including a car lease, travel packages, artwork, Reds baseball tickets, and Kentucky Speedway tickets.

Attire for the Gala is business casual, with black tie optional. Tickets are $30 per person and are available for purchase at the Glema Mahr Center for the Arts, Madisonville Golf and Country Club, Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Muhlenberg County Chamber in Greenville.

All proceeds from the Gala and auction benefit Hopkins County youth enrolled in the School Counts! program.
