Marketing: An 8-week Boot Camp ExperienceMadisonville Community College (MCC) will be offering marketing training with a twist in the spring 2017 semester. The 8-week marketing boot camp experience will be conducted by MCC Business Administration Professor Kim Simons. Participants will receive extensive practice in a supportive environment on developing and utilizing:
A comprehensive market analysis
An in-depth marketing plan
Social media marketing tools, techniques, and innovative campaign strategies
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and content generation
Marketing Return On Investment (ROI) measurement tools
The training sessions will be held on Mondays from 5 7:45 p.m. starting January 9 and ending March 6 in room 255 of the John H. Gray Building (2000 College Drive, Madisonville). Online training will be included. Participants will earn 3 college credit hours (BAS 282 Principles of Marketing) and will leave the training with the skills needed to successfully support marketing initiatives.
In addition to the credit hour tuition, an instructional fee of $68.75 is required for access to an eBook and a homework program. A hard copy textbook may be optionally purchased at an additional cost through the MCC Bookstore.
