2016-2017 Stanley Lewis Cultural Diversity Writing Contest Open For Submissions

Madisonville Community College is pleased to announce that the Stanley Lewis Cultural Diversity Writing Contest is underway. Submissions will be accepted through October 31. Sponsored by MCC s Cultural Diversity Committee and supported by Eastview Baptist Church, the annual writing contest is held in memory of Stanley Lewis who was dedicated to meeting the needs of MCC students for more than 28 years. He was a member, Deacon and Trustee at Eastview Baptist Church in Madisonville

The Stanley Lewis Cultural Diversity Writing Contest is open to community members and students. A $50 award will be given for the best submission from a public, private, or home schooled elementary or middle school student. MCC employees, family members of contest judges, and previous contest winners are not eligible for prize awards.
