Dr. Angela Fultz of Maysville Community and Technical College (MCTC) has been elected to fill a vacated faculty position on the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Board of Regents.

“Dr. Fultz will be a tremendous asset to the Board,” said KCTCS President Michael
B. McCall. “She has the experience, knowledge, and overall dedication to fill this very important seat.”
Fultz is a faculty member and Division Chair of Math, Science and Agriculture at MCTC. She is a long time employee of KCTCS and has been involved with system level committees. Fultz currently serves as the Chair of the KCTCS Senate Council and the KCTCS Chemistry Curriculum Workgroup. She has also been active at MCTC, serving three terms as Chair of the MCTC Faculty Assembly. In 2010-11 she participated in the KCTCS President’s Leadership Seminar.

“I definitely consider academia a career and not merely a job,” said Fultz. “I am very fortunate to be employed in a profession that I find rewarding.”
Fultz will fill the remainder of an established term, which began October 12, 2012, and continues through October 11, 2015.
