Spring 2013 Advising & Registration Day
The Madisonville Community College (MCC) Advising & Transfer Center will host a special Spring Advising & Registration Day on October 24 (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). Academic advisors will be on hand to assist students plan their class schedules for the spring 2013 semester. No appointment is necessary.
“This is a great opportunity for students take advantage of MCC’s expanded spring schedule,” according to Cathy Vaughan, Advising & Transfer Center Director. “Students should be able to develop a great spring class schedule that really fits their academic and personal needs”.
In addition, MCC financial aid advisors will be available to assist students with any financial aid questions or with their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Students applying for financial aid are encouraged to complete their FAFSA before November 1, 2012 in order to avoid delays in processing their accounts.
Students may request a degree audit from Tiffanie Witt, MCC Registrar, in order to determine the number credits needed to receive a credential. In addition, on-demand transcript evaluation will be available. Students currently attending other non-KCTCS colleges should bring an official copy of their current college transcript.
