Tuition and fees are subject to change. Prospective and enrolled students should check with the MCC Office of Admissions, Registrar, and/or Business Office for the approved tuition and fee rates.
Registration is not complete until fees are paid. MasterCard, Visa and Discover may be used for payment of tuition, fees and books.
Students who have been approved for financial aid will have their tuition and fees deferred until financial aid is received. Students whose tuition is paid by a third party such as a government agency, scholarship, or employer should consult with Business Office personnel to make sure documentation is on file to defer their tuition and fees.
KCTCS offers the NELNET Tuition Payment Plan to enable you to more easily afford your education expenses. You may make payments by either automatic bank payments or by charging payments to your Visa or MasterCard. Because NELNET is not a loan program, there is not debt incurred, no credit search and there is no interest or finance charges assessed by NELNET on unpaid balances.NELNET charges a $25 per semester non-refundable fee to enroll and participate in the program.
As required under Section 484B of the Higher Education Act (HEA), to assure recovery of the federal financial aid funds, a special refund schedule applies to those students receiving Title IV financial assistance who officially withdraw during their first term of enrollment.
