Complaint Resolution Policy

Students have the right to grieve and/or complain. If they believe that they have been dealt with unfairly, they have the right to express this. They are requested to notify the program director in writing within ten school days of any allegations or complaints.

The program director will investigate the complaint and will answer the complainant within five school days. (Days can be changed by agreement of both parties).

If the complainant is not satisfied with the response, they should notify the Allied Health Division Chair within five school days of the program director’s response. He/She will investigate and respond to the complainant within ten school days. (Days can be changed by agreement of both parties).

If the complainant is not satisfied with the response from the Allied Health Division Chair, they should notify the Academic Dean within five school days. The Academic Dean will investigate and respond to the complainant within ten school days. (Days can be changed by agreement of both parties). The Academic Dean’s decision is final.
